Terms of use

Last updated 21 October 2026

The short version

Ovelit Tasks is run by OveliTHub. It is in early access and free to use. Your content belongs to you. Use it lawfully and do not abuse it. We work hard to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable or lose data, so keep your own copies of anything critical.

Accounts and workspaces

  • You must give a real email address and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • The person who creates a workspace is its owner, and is responsible for who they invite and what roles they give.
  • If you register for an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to act for it.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you put in your workspace. You give us permission to store, copy and display it only as needed to run the service for you. You can export your tasks and time entries, and a workspace owner can delete the workspace at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use Ovelit Tasks to:

  • break the law, or store content you have no right to share;
  • send spam, or collect other people's data through intake forms without telling them why;
  • upload malware, or try to access workspaces or accounts that are not yours;
  • overload the service, or scrape it with automated tools;
  • store patient health records or payment card numbers. The service is not built or certified for that.

We may suspend accounts or workspaces that break these rules, and will tell the owner why when we can.

Early access and price

During early access every feature is free. Paid plans will be introduced later. We will give workspace owners notice in the app and by email before any charge applies, and nothing will be charged without the owner choosing a plan.

No warranty

The service is provided as it is during early access, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, OveliTHub is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending use

You can stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. If we ever decide to close the service, we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can export your data.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it applies. Questions: contact OveliTHub through ovelit.com. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
